Troy Gillenwater has more than 25 years of real estate experience. His experience includes planning and zoning challenges, initiating municipal annexations, processing Natural Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance actions, implementing development agreements, obtaining special-use permits, processing subdivision plats and orchestrating subdivision sales.
